| 내용 | 미래지향형 고령친화 주거디자인을 위한 예비노인층의 라이프스타일 특성 Characteristics of Lifestyle of the Pre-Elderly for Future Elderly-friendly Housing Design 류 혜 지 청운대학교 인테리어디자인학과 교수 Ryu hye-ji Dept. of Interior Design, Chungwoon University * 이 연구는 2011년도 청운대학교 학술연구조성비의 지원에 의한 결과임 --------------------------------------------------------------------------- 논문요약 본 연구는 거주자의 삶의 질을 높일 수 있는 주거디자인을 제안하기 위한 기초적 자료를 제공하기 위해, 미래 노인의 새로운 라이프스타일을 조사하고 특성을 파악하려는 목적으로 진행되었다. 연구방법은 문헌 조사와 웹서베이를 실시하였다. 연구범위는 예비노인층인 50 대와 60대 400명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 라이프스타일은 신체적 상황, 사회적 상황, 경제적 상황의 높고 낮음에 따라 6가지 유형으로 분류할 수 있었다. 둘째, 6가지 유형 중에서 신체적, 사회적, 경제적 상황이 가장 낮은 유형 1이 가장 많았고, 두 번째 는 세가지 상황이 가장 높은 유형 5가 많았다. 셋째, 유형 1은 여자, 전문대졸 이하의 학력, 컴 퓨터는 잘 사용하지 못하며 월수입 200만원 미만, 30평 미만의 다가구나 다세대 주택에 사는 사람들에게 많이 나타났다. 넷째, 유형 5는 남자, 대졸 이상의 학력, 컴퓨터를 보통 이상으로 사 용하고, 200만원 이상의 월평균 수입을 가진 30평 이상의 자기 소유의 아파트에 거주하는 사 람들에게 많이 나타났다. 다섯째, 성별, 학력, 컴퓨터 활용 정도, 월수입, 주택 형태, 규모, 소유 형태 모두 라이프스타일에 차이를 주는 변인이었다. 결론적으로 우리나라 예비노인층인 50대 와 60대의 라이프스타일을 조사한 결과 다양한 유형이 존재하였고, 이를 고려하여 노인 주거디 자인도 차별적으로 개발해야 할 필요성을 파악하였다. 주제어 라이프스타일, 주거디자인, 예비노인층 Abstract This study was carried out to look for the characteristics of lifestyle of the pre-elderly to suggest elderly-friendly housing designs for enhancement of the homeowner's quality of life. The literature review and web survey were used for this study. The survey was conducted by taking 400 people with the age of fifty and sixty. The results of this study were as follows: The first, their lifestyle was divided into six types according to physical, economic and social state of the surveyed people. The second, type 1 of the lowest physical, economic and social states had the highest rate, and type 5 of the highest those states had the second highest rate in six types. The third, type 1 was distributed throughout women, people with educational level of less than college graduates, computer-illiterate, people with a monthly income of less than 2 million won, and people living in multi-family housing of less than 30 pyung. The forth, type 5 was mainly found in group of men, people with more than bachelor's degrees, computer-literate, people with a monthly income of more than 2 million won, and people living in one's own apartment of more than 30 pyung. The fifth, there were differences in lifestyle according to gender, education, computer skills, income, house type, size, and ownership. Finally, as a result of survey on the lifestyles of pre-elderly with the age of fifty and sixty, the elderly-friendly housing designs should be adequately developed by considering the various types of their lifestyles.
