| 내용 | 서페이스 패턴디자인 개발능력 증진을 위한 창의적 사고 발상법 활용에 관한 질적 연구 - 스캠퍼, 시네틱스, 강제연결법을 중심으로 - A qualitative Study of Applying Creative Thinking Methods to Surface Pattern Design developments - Focused on Methods of Scamper, Synectics and Forced Connection - 주저자 : 윤수인 서경대학교 예술대학 디자인학부 대우교수 Yoon, Su In Division of Design, SeoKyeong University 교신저자 : 박혜신 서경대학교 예술대학 디자인학부 교수 Park, Hae Sin Division of Design, SeoKyeong University ---------------------------------------------- 논문요약 서페이스 패턴디자인(surface pattern design)은 과거 섬유나 인테리어용 제품 등에 주로 사용 되었다. 하지만 현대에는 냉장고, 에어컨 등을 포함한 가전제품이나 자동차 건축물 등에 다양하게 적용되고 있다. 이는 개성을 중요시하는 소비자들의 요구에 순응하는 추세로써, 서페이스 패턴디자인이 형태, 색상 면에서 획일적인 디자인제품들을 근본적인 변형 없이도, 개개인의 감성에 맞게 변형 할 수 있는 디자인특성을 가지고 있기 때문이다. 따라서 소비자의 취향에 맞는 다양한 서페이스 패턴디자인의 제공은 산업현장에서 절실히 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 서페이스 패턴디자인 교육 시 효과를 극대화 할 수 있는 방향을 제시하고자 발상법(creative thinking)을 활용하였다. 연구 방법으로는 디자인 전공자 및 부전공자를 대상으로 서페이스 패턴디자인 개발 프로그램을 실시하였으며, 참여자들을 대상으로 초점집단면접(focused group interview)을 실시하였다. 면접 전 참여자 전원에게 설문조사를 실시하여 면접에 필요한 자료로 활용하였다. 연구결과 6개의 소주제(부정적인 선입견, 모티브에 긍정의 영향, 레이아웃에 긍정의 영향, 색상결정에 긍정의 영향, 체계적인 발상법 경험 후 응용법 생성, 다양한 디자인 창작 경험 후 발상법 도입)가 도출 되었으며, 이는 다시 prejudice(선입견), effect(영향), ideal method(이상적 방법)으로 크게 분류되어 시사점이 제시되었다. 본 연구는 서페이스 패턴디자인에 대한 관심이 높아지는 추세에 발맞추어 질적 연구(qualitative study)를 통해 현실적인 교육방향을 제시 하였다는 데에 의의가 있다. 주제어 발상법, 창의성, 서페이스 패턴디자인, 초점집단면접, 교육 Abstract Surface pattern design has been used for textiles and interior products in the past, however, it is used for to various appliances such as refrigerators, air conditioning, vehicles, and constructions. These tendencies bring with adopting to the needs of the customers who want to express their characteristics. surface pattern designs has a character that change feelings and styles of products without modifying it’s original shapes. So, lots of companies are showing efforts to apply surface patterns to their products to give their customers more options recently. In this point of view, this study applied several methods of creative thinking to know, if these effect on creating good surface pattern designs to suggest solutions and directions for teaching surface pattern designs. As a result, 6 issues were drew and resorted by 3 subjects(prejudice, effect and ideal method) which show implications of this study. Conclusion, this research has meanings of finding some directions from qualitative study that will be helpful to teach surface pattern designs and creating good quality of surface pattern designs.
