| 내용 | 아파트 외장색채 배색방식 및 패턴 변화에 관한 연구 - 경기 서북부 지역을 중심으로 - A Study on the Change in Facade Color Scheme Type and Pattern of Apartment Houses - Focused on Northwest Gyunggi-do - 문 선 욱 청운대학교 공간디자인학과 교수 Sun Wook Moon Department of Space Design, Chungwoon University ____________________________________________________________________ 논문요약 본 연구는 우리 도시경관의 형성에 가장 많은 비중을 차지하고 있는 건축물 중에서도 지난 20여 년간 건립된 아파트 외장색채의 배색방식 및 패턴의 조사 분석을 통해 그 변화의 특징을 도출하고 평가함으로써, 보다 조화로운 경관을 위한 아파트 색채계획 및 디자인 방향 제시를 목적으로 한다. 분석 결과에 따르면, 배색방식은 I기에 대부분 부분배색의 단순배색에서 점차 매스 및 기단배색방식이 채택되고 복합적으로 적용됨을 알 수 있었다. 배색패턴에서 면구성은 I기에 수직패턴방식이 압도적으로 많이 나타났고 이후에도 지속적으로 적용되었으며, IV기에서는 수평패턴과 그라데이션 기법이 두드러지게 증가하였다. 그래픽 기법은 대개 II기와 III기에 적극 도입되다가 IV기에서는 줄어들고 대신 부조패턴의 강조기법이 적극 도입되고 있다. 총체적으로는 최근 아파트는 평면변화에 따라 판상형, 탑상형 등 입면형태가 다양화되고 단지 구성의 변화, 도시경관에 대한 인식변화에 발맞추어 배색방식 및 패턴도 변화되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 원색사용으로부터만 벗어나려 했던 소극적 색채계획 개념을 탈피하여 이제는 경관색채계획 원칙을 수정하고 새로운 관점에서 세련되고 조화로운 과감한 계획방법과 방향이 제시될 필요가 있음을 인식하였다. 즉 원경에서의 도시경관과 중경에서의 가로경관, 그리고 단지 내에서 주민들의 생활공간으로써 인식되는 근경에 필요한 적절한 디자인을 고려하여, 다양화와 복합화의 변화 특성을 체계화하고, 거시적으로 도시와 가로 및 단지, 건축물 등 도시의 경관을 형성하는 전 과정에 걸쳐 원경, 중경, 근경이 고려된 통합된 시스템적 디자인이 되어야 할 것이다. 주제어 아파트 외장색채, 배색방식, 배색패턴 Abstract The purpose of this study is to extract changes and characteristics of scheme type and pattern through analysis of façade color of apartment houses constructed in the last twenty years and to suggest direction of color planning for harmonious landscape. The results of the analysis were as follows. Partly coloration of scheme type mostly showed in period I, mass and stylobate scheme type was adopted gradually thereafter. Vertical pattern of face composition were used the most in period I, since then it were used constantly. Horizontal pattern and gradation technique of scheme pattern increased remarkably in period IV. Graphic technique was universally used in period II and III, but application of it decreased, whereas relieve pattern of accent technique was actively applicable in period IV. Overall changes in facade color scheme type and pattern of apartment houses are reflecting diversity and complexity of plan and elevation at a pace by change paradigm in planning and designing. Therefore, it suggest refined and daring innovation of environmental color planning from passive color planning that only cast off primary color use. And environmental color planning has to be considered proper needs in urban distant view, medium range view of street space, close range view of living space in housing block.
