| 내용 | 청소년의 웹 기반 성교육 컨텐츠 전략 - 성지식, 성태도 및 성교육 웹 기반 요구분석을 중심으로 - Web-based content strategy for Adolescent Sexuality Education - Focused on Sexuality Knowledge, Attitude and Web-based Need - 주저자 : 임지영 건국대학교병원 책임간호사 Lim Ji-Young Department of Nursing, Konkuk University Hospital 공동저자 : 이운형 홍익대학교 대학원 광고홍보학과 박사과정 Lee Woon-Hyung Graduate School, Hongik University 공동저자 : 김운삼 강동대학교 유아교육과 교수 Kim Um-Sam Gangdong University 교신저자 : 강남미 건국대학교 의료생명대학 간호학과 교수 Kang Nam-Mi Professor, Department of Nursing, Konkuk University ________________________________________________________ 논문요약 웹이 대중화된 시대에 청소년을 대상으로 한 성지식과 성태도 및 웹 기반 성교육 요구사이의 상관관계에 대한 연구의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 성적인 주체성이 확립되는 시기인 청소년기 고등학생 638명을 대상으로 성지식, 성태도, 웹 기반 성교육 요구도를 분석하고 이들 간의 상관관계 결과를 기반으로 청소년의 성건강 관리 능력을 함양할 수 있는 웹 기반 성건강 관리정보를 제공하기위하여 웹 기반 성교육 컨텐츠 전략을 제시하였다. 웹 기반 성교육 컨텐츠로는 인간관계 이해 영역 중 결혼과 가정 컨텐츠에 대해 성교육 요구정도가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 신체 및 성심리 발달의 세부 영역에서는 성건강에 관한 컨텐츠가 성교육 요구도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이를 중점적으로 보완한 청소년기 발달단계 요구에 따른 과학적이고 체계적인 웹 기반 성교육 지도서와 프로그램의 맞춤형 컨텐츠 개발이 필요하다. 주제어 웹, 성지식, 성교육 Abstract The purposes of this study were to explore the web-based sexuality educational contents need, attitude and knowledge among adolescents. Adolescents particularly wanted the straightforward internet-based information on marriage and family, and sexuality health interventions, how to communicate with partners, how to develop skills in giving pleasure, and emotions involved in sex and relationships. For a web based sexuality education, the content domain area that adolescents were most interested was human-relationship understanding, under the category ‘marriage and houes-hold'. So it is demanded to develop a scientific and systematic sexual education guide and program that are focused on this domain. It looks forward to proper development of tailored web-based sexuality educational contents and sexual health intervention strategies for adolescents.
