| 내용 | 미용교사 이미지가 고등학생들의 수업태도에 미치는 영향 Influence of Beauty Teachers′Image on High School Students′Class Attitude 주저자 : 나선영 대구가톨릭대학교 패션디자인과 박사과정 Na, Sun-Young Dept. of Fashion design, Catholic University of Daegu 교신저자 : 유태순 대구가톨릭대학교 패션디자인과 교수 Yoo, Tai-Soon Dept. of Fashion design, Catholic University of Daegu ______________________________________________________________ 논문요약 본 연구의 목적은 미용특성화 고등학교 학생들이 인식하는 미용교사 이미지(성품, 외모, 학업․생활지도, 전문성)가 학생들의 수업태도(실기수업태도, 이론수업태도)에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 알아보고, 학생에 대한 미용교사의 이미지에 대한 중요성을 인식하게 하고, 그로 인해 학생들의 수업에 대한 집중성과 효율성을 높이는 기초자료를 제공하는데 기여하고자 하는데 있다. 그 결과, 실기수업태도에 대해 미용교사 이미지인 성품, 외모, 학업․생활지도, 전문성 중 외모가 실기수업태도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이론수업태도에 대해 미용교사 이미지인 성품, 외모, 학업․생활지도, 전문성 중 외모가 이론수업태도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 대상자인 미용과 학생들은 실업계 고등학교이면서 미용을 전공하는 점에서 외모이미지에 높게 반응하는 것으로 보인다. 청소년기엔 외모 가꾸기를 통하여 개인의 특유의 개성을 표현한다거나, 또래문화의 흐름에 동참을 하려하는 경향이 있다. 미용 전공 학생들에게서 교사의 외모이미지에 대한 반응이 높은 것은 이를 반영하며, 특히 외모를 아름답게 가꾸는 미를 배우는 과목의 특성도 영향을 주는 것으로 생각된다. 따라서 미용교사들은 학생들의 적극적이고 능동적이고 바람직한 수업태도를 위해서 여러 가지 이미지는 물론이며 외모에도 미용교사다운 이미지를 관리하는 것에 있어 관심을 가져야 할 것이다. 주제어 미용교사, 이미지, 수업태도 Abstract The purposes of this study is to find out how beauty-specialized high school students' recognition of beauty teachers' image influences on class attitude toward both practice-oriented classes and theory-oriented classes, to recognize how important students' recognition of beauty teachers' image is, and to provide fundamental data about how to increase students' concentration and efficiency on classes by using beauty teachers' good image. As a result, appearance has a positive influence on practice-oriented classes among personality, appearance, work·role counselor and specialty. In theory-oriented classes appearance also has a positive influence among personality, appearance, work·role counselor and specialty. The subjects show high response to appearance because they study in a vocational school and major in beauty. In adolescence students tend to express their individuality by taking good care of their appearance and to keep up with peer culture. High response of the students, who major in beauty, to teachers' image by appearance show this fact, and was particularly influenced on their subjects' characteristics that are related with beauty. Therefore, beauty teachers need to have interest not only in several images but also in taking care of a good image as a beauty teacher to make students have enthusiastic and positive class attitude.
