| 내용 | 국방웰니스 개념을 활용한 국방분야 전력지원체계의 우선개선물자 선정연구 - 한국디자인진흥원의 ‘국방분야 디자인로드맵개발’ 연구결과를 중심으로 - Prioritizing the Defense Materials of Force Support System Using the Concept of Army Wellness - The Case of the Development of Design Roadmap for National Defence supporting materials by KIDP- 주저자 : 김광순 디맨드컨설팅그룹 대표이사 Kim gwang-soon Demand Consulting Group 공동저자 : 손동범 한국디자인진흥원 디자인전략연구실장 Son dong-bome Korean Institute of Design Promotion 공동저자 : 장병혁 한국디자인진흥원 디자인전략연구실 디자인전략연구팀차장 Jang byoung-hyouk korean Institute of Design Promotion __________________________________________________________________________________ 논문요약 본 연구는 국방분야의 전력지원체계 중에서 우선적으로 디자인 개념을 적용하여 개발되어야 하는 물자들을 웰니스(Wellness)와 서비스디자인(Service Design)의 관점을 적용하여 도출하였다. 연구를 위해 웰니스의 개념과 서비스디자인의 방법론인 고객여정맵(Customer Journey Map)에 대하여 파악하였다. 또한 전역 장병들을 대상으로 한 워크샵을 통해 장병들의 일상에서의 서비스 사용 경험을 Army Life Journey Map으로 시각화하고, 이를 활용하여 장병들의 정신적/신체적 건강상태 유지를 위한 핵심물자 및 주요 사용 경험을 파악하였다. 마지막으로 전역 후 3년 이내 군 경험자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 군 주요물자의 사용자 경험을 알아보고 개선시급성과 만족도를 파악하여 물자 별 이슈 및 개선 방향을 검증하였다. 가장 우선적으로 개선이 필요한 것은 부대식당, 면회소, 방독면이며 우선순위가 가장 낮게 나타난 것은 전투화와 전투복 등이었다. 주제어 국방웰니스, 서비스디자인, 전력지원체계, 비전투물자 Abstract This study derives design-based resources in military assistance system by applying wellness and service design. To do this, concept of wellness and customer journey map which is one of service design methods are investigated. This study also visualizes soldier's experience of utilizing service as a army life journey map through the workshop with retired soldiers. Based on the results, this study investigated essential resources and main utility items for keeping mental and physical health of soldiers. By surveying people retired from military in three years, users experience of main military resources are examined. Issues on resources and improvement guide is finally identified by evaluating improvement urgency and satisfaction level. Highly recommended items to be improved were restaurant, visitor room and gas mask. Improvement need for combat shoes and clothes were lower.
