| 내용 | 국립해양박물관 관람동선 분석을 통한 가상 어플리케이션 메뉴구성 개발에 관한 연구 A Study on Development of Mobile Application Menu Structure through Analysis of Visitors' Movement for National Maritime Museum 주저자 : 최유미 인제대학교 U디자인학과 Choi Yumi College of Design, Inje University 공동저자 : 정의태 인제대학교 디자인학부 교수 Jung Eui-Tay College of Design, Inje University 교신저자 : 연명흠 인제대학교 디자인학부 교수 Yeoun Myeong-Heum College of Design, Inje University __________________________________________________________ 논문요약 해양박물관은 국민의 교육, 여가, 문화를 담당하는 사회교육기관으로 국민의 문화 복지를 향상해야한다. 반면 현재의 해양박물관은 해양문화의 깊이 있는 특징을 이해하기 위함 보다는 기존의 해양유물을 그대로 보여주는 방식의 전시구상과 단순한 교육 프로그램이 문제점으로 지적되고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 효과적으로 개선하기 위해서 박물관과 관람객의 소통을 활성화하기 위한 방법으로 테크놀로지를 활용한 교육 어플리케이션 제안을 통해 국립해양박물관의 온라인 교육 서비스를 개선하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 서비스디자인 관점에서 국립해양박물관의 관람동선을 추출하고 행동분석을 통해 모바일 어플리케이션의 메뉴구조를 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 국립해양박물관의 어플리케이션을 제안함으로써 박물관은 교육적 기능을 관람객에게 명확하게 제공할 수 있을 것이며 관람객은 박물관 관람이 효율적으로 이루어 질 수 있을 것이라 예상된다. 주제어 박물관, 모바일 어플리케이션, 고객여정지도 Abstract A maritime museum is a social educational institution, which takes charge of education, leisure, culture and welfare of the national people. To understand the characteristic of ocean culture deeply, the museum should not simply display nor educate the ocean relics to its visitors. To enhance the communication between the museum and visitors, we suggest a educational mobile application and try to improve online services. In this study, we aimed to develope a mobile application menu structure of national maritime museum with a viewpoint of service design through analysis of visitors' movement and behavior. We expect that the suggestion of the mobile application of national maritime museum could offer educational aspect and efficient viewing experiences to its visitors.
