| 내용 | 디자인경영 도입과 주가상승의 상관관계 The Correlation between Introduction of Corporate's Design Management and it's Rally of Stock Price 주저자 : 이성환 성균관대학교 디자인대학원 Lee, Sung-Hwan Sungkyunkwan University 교신저자 : 김 면 성균관대학교 예술대학 디자인학과 Kim, Myoun Sungkyunkwan University ____________________________________________________________ 논문요약 디자인이 기업의 경제적 가치에 미치는 영향은 실로 대단하다. 왜냐하면, 디자인은 기업이 가진 브랜드 컨셉이라는 무형의 추상적 개념을 오감을 활용하여 인지할 수 있는 실체로 만들어 주기 때문이다. 따라서 세계 유수의 기업들은 본인들의 기업 가치를 강화하기 위하여 디자인을 전략적으로 사용하고 있으며 디자인 역량 강화를 위해 노력한다. 애플, 삼성전자, BMW등 글로벌 1등 기업은 개발된 기술에 디자인을 맞추는 것이 아니라 우수한 디자인을 구현하기 위하여 기술을 개발한다고 말할 정도로 열을 올리고 있으며, 제품 기획 초기 단계부터 디자인이 깊숙하게 개입하는 모습을 발견할 수 있다. 본 연구는 국내 기업의 디자인 경영 도입이 주식시장에 미치는 영향력을 파악하기 위해 디자인 경영을 선포한 삼성전자, 기아자동차, 아모레퍼시픽, 대한항공의 사례를 통해 살펴보았다. 이들의 공통점은 과거의 성공에 안주하지 않고, 일정 수익의 대부분을 기업의 디자인 역량에 재투자하여 창의적인 비즈니스 모델을 구축하였으며 유가증권 시장에서의 높은 성장률로 그 효과를 보여주고 있다. 이는 곧 기업의 올바른 디자인 경영 도입이 해당기업의 포괄적 자산 가치를 증가시켜주어 기업 활동의 목적인 이윤추구에 기여하는 것이라 할 수 있다. 주제어 디자인 경영, 디자인 전략, 주가상승 Abstract Design can impact on a corporate's economic value enormously. As it allows corporate's intangible assets to be substantial via utilizing five senses of human body, world leading corporations are treating design as their top priority task of business strategy and let design department to intervene deeply from the early stage of a project phase. In order to strengthen their equity, they are not only exploiting design to follow technologies that are already driven. They are intended to develop technologies as a tool for realizing a beautiful design. The purpose of this research is to examine how introduction of corporate's design management influences in their stock price market. The right design management allows firm to create innovative business model that generates greater profit. Contributing in pursuit of profit satisfies the business objective can be shown as a high growth rate in the stock market in return. The bottom line is that the right design management decision helps corporate to increase in its comprehensive business value in near future.
