| 내용 | 제주유배문화를 활용한 텍스타일 디자인 - 추사 김정희 전각의 조형적 특성을 중심으로 - Textile Design using exile culture in Jeju Island - Focused on the formative characteristics of Chusa Kim Jung-Hee’s Seal engraving - 주저자 : 현명관 제주대학교 의류학과 시간강사 Hyun myung-kwan Jeju National university 교신저자 : 장애란 제주대학교 의류학과 교수 Jang ae-ran Jeju National university ____________________________________________________________________ 논문요약 본 논문은 최근 주목받고 있는 제주의 유배문화의 다양한 활용 방안으로써, 추사김정희 전각의 조형적 특성을 활용한 텍스타일 디자인을 개발하는데 있다. 조선시대 이후 우리나라의 대표적인 유망・유배지인 제주는 타 지역과 달리 지리적・문화적으로 독특한 유배문화가 조성되었다. 이와 같은 제주유배 환경 하에서 완성된 김정희의 시・서・화와 전각의 조형적 특성(고졸성, 절주성, 절제성, 구상성)을 비교분석한 결과를 제주 문화 관광 상품의 활용 가능성을 높이기 위해 텍스타일 디자인의 모티브를 개발하였다. 그 결과를 토대로, 지역문화 스토리텔링 콘텐츠개발에 기여할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 단순한 유적지로써의 유배지보다는 제주도적인 브랜드화 된 유배문화콘텐츠를 통해 제주유배문화의 가치를 알리는데 그 의미를 부여하고자 하였다. 이러한 추사김정희의 전각에서 도출한 조형성을 응용한다면 앞으로 다양한 제주유배문화상품 및 패션디자인 상품 개발에 있어 도움이 되리라 기대한다. 주제어 추사, 전각, 고졸성, 절주성, 절제성, 구상성, 텍스타일 Abstract This study is designed to develop textile design based on the formative features of Chusa Kim Jung Hee's seal engraving, as a way of using exile culture in Jeju Island in various ways. Jeju Island, the representative place of exile, since the advent of Joseon Dynasty, developed a unique geographic and cultural exile culture distinctive from other areas. Motives of textile design are developed to enhance the applicability of cultural and tourism products based on the results of analysis on Kim's poem, calligraphy, and painting completed in Jeju Island as well as formative features of his seal engraving, including antiqueness, rhythmicity, moderation, and concreteness. It was devised to impart new values of exile culture to Jeju Island through the intrinsically re-branded exile culture contents of this exotic island rather than merely contribute to the development of storytelling contents of local culture. Provided that the formativeness derived from Chusa Kim Jung Hee's seal engraving is applied, it is likely to contribute to the development of various products of exile culture in Jeju Island and of fashion design.
