| 내용 | 서울성곽 길 관리를 위한 중요도‧만족도 분석 - 북악산 길을 중심으로 - Important-Satisfaction Analysis as a Management Strategy of the Seoul Castle Path - Mainly with Bukak Mountain Path - 주저자 : 서주환 경희대학교 예술․디자인대학 환경조경디자인학과 교수 Suh joo-hwan Professor, Dept. of Landscape Architecture, College of Art & Design, Kyung Hee University 공동저자 : 임교아 경희대학교 일반대학원 환경조경학과 석사과정 Lim kyo-a Graduate, Dept. of Landscape Architecture, Graduate School, Kyung Hee University 교신저자 : 여화선 경희대학교 예술․디자인대학 부교수 Yeo hwa-sun Associate professor, Dept. of College of Art & Design, Kyung Hee University _____________________________________________________________________________ 논문요약 전국적으로 걷는 길에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 중앙부처 및 지방자치단체에서는 ‘걷고 싶은 길’을 지정하거나 조성하고 있다. 서울성곽은 역사적‧경관적으로 매우 큰 의미가 있는 곳이지만 방문객의 수가 점차 증가하면서 성곽 길의 훼손은 불가피해지고 있다. 이러한 이유에서 본 연구는 서울성곽 길 중 북악산 길을 대상으로 중요도‧만족도 분석을 통해 차후 관리전략 수립 시 반영될 수 있는 인자를 도출하고자 한다. 이러한 연구결과를 통하여 북악산 길에서 방문객들이 중요시 여기는 인자와 만족하는 인자 간의 차이를 파악하고, 상호관계를 증진시킬 수 있는 차별화된 관리전략 수립을 위한 기초자료로 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 문헌연구, 현황조사, 설문조사와 통계분석, 자료 분석으로 조사와 분석이 이루어졌다. 연구 결과, 17개의 항목에서 중요도와 만족도 간의 유의미한 차이를 보여 그에 따른 관리전략이 필요한 것으로 나타났으며 특히 안내판, 보행로의 형태․재료, 휴게시설은 중요도는 높으나 만족도는 낮은 항목으로 집중적으로 관리가 필요한 항목임을 알 수 있었다. 인간의 이용이 제한된 지역에서 관리전략을 수립하는 데 있어 중요도·만족도 분석은 매우 전략적이고, 유용한 정보를 제공해줄 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 관리우선순위를 통해 관리의 필요성과 연관된 지침을 세우는데 기초자료로 제공될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 주제어 중요도‧만족도 분석, 서울성곽 길, 북악산 길 Abstract As the nation-wide interest in walking path has increased, the central and local governments are creating or designating 'walkable paths'. Although Seoul castle is historically and aesthetically significant, paths inside the castle are deteriorated by increasing number of visitors. For this reason, this study aims to draw factors which can be reflected in future maintenance strategy by analyzing significance and satisfaction of paths at Bukak Mountain, among other Seoul castle paths. Based on such results, we intend to figure out differences between factors what visitors think significant and factors what they think satisfactory. In addition this will be suggested as a fundamental data in order to establish differentiated maintenance strategy that would promote inter-relation. This study consists of research and analysis including publication, current situation, survey, statistic and data analysis. As a result, 17 categories showed meaningful difference between significance and satisfaction, implying the necessity of corresponding maintenance strategy. Especially, signpost and path were high in significance but low in satisfaction, suggesting necessary maintenance. In order to set a maintenance strategy in human-restricted area, significance and satisfaction analysis is extremely strategic and provide useful information. Therefore, this study can be utilized as a fundamental data that helps to build related policies with maintenance priorities.
