College of Fine Art & Design ----------------------------------------------------------- 논문요약 본 연구의 목적은 복합용도시설의 공공공간 디자 인 요소의 중요도를 파악하고 이용자 만족도에 영향 을 주는 디자인 항목을 조사하는 것이다. 연구방법으 로 문헌고찰과 선행연구를 통해 디자인 요소 조사항 목을 추출하였다. 이용자 특성별 차이를 파악하기 위 해 복합용도시설을 자주 이용하는 디자인 전공자와 시설 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 디 자인 요소 조사항목을 도구로 공공공간 디자인 요소 및 속성 중요도를 파악하고 디자인 만족도, 공공공간 의 주요기능에 대한 인식차이를 조사하였다. 연구결 과 디자인 전공자와 시설 이용자는 복합용도시설 공 공공간의 디자인 요소의 중요도를 인식하는데 있어 차이를 보였다. 디자인 전공자는 공공공간의 장소성 형성과 연관되는 디자인 요소를 중요하게 인식하였 다. 시설 이용자는 공공공간의 쾌적성과 편의성에 연 관된 디자인 요소를 중요하게 인식하고 있었다. 따라 서 복합용도시설의 공공공간 디자인 계획 시 이용자 의 인식을 고려한 디자인 요소의 제안이 필요할 것으 로 사료된다. 주제어 공공공간 디자인, 디자인 요소, 이용자 Abstract This study aims to examine the design elements in multi-complex facilities that influence user satisfaction. I conducted a survey to explore differences between frequent visitors and design experts in their perception of individual design elements in public space of multi-complex facilities. The analysis of the survey demonstrates that the perceptions of visitors and experts are significantly different. Whereas frequent visitors regarded comfort and convenience as crucial, design experts considered design elements related to the formation of public space important. This suggests that design elements reflecting users’ perception be incorporated into space planning. Keyword public space design, design elements, user satisfaction |
