| 내용 | 환경을 위한 제품 전과정 디자인 프로세스 개발에 관한 연구 Product life cycle design research for environment 고 경 욱 동서대학교 디자인학부 산업디자인 전공 교수 Koh kyeong-uk Dongseo university ------------------------------------------------ 1. 서 론 1-1. 연구배경 및 목적 1-2. 연구방법 및 범위 2. 제품 전과정 디자인 개요 2-1. 환경 전과정 평가(LCA) 2-2. 전과정 디자인의 필요성(LCD) 3. 제품 전과정 디자인 프로세스 3-1. 1단계 : 팀 구성 및 기획 3-2. 2단계 : 대상제품 선정 및 환경 목표 설정 3-3. 3단계 : 사전 환경평가 3-4. 4단계 : 디자인 전략 3-5. 5단계 : 디자인 개발 3-6. 6단계 : 환경 평가 3-7. 7단계 : 설계 및 생산 3-8. 전과정 디자인의 목표 4. 결론 및 향후 연구방향 참고문헌 논문요약 소비자들의 친환경에 대한 의식이 증가하고 LOHAS 생활자들이 늘어나고 있으며 기업에서도 친환경 디자인을 통해 비즈니스 기회와 효과를 확대시키고 있다. 환경 관련 디자인 연구가 끊임없이 이어지고 있으나 대부분의 환경 관련 연구가 디자인 관점에서 연구되기 보다는 공학적으로 이루어지는 경우가 많다. 디자이너의 영역이 확대되고 책임도 수반되는 가운데 디자이너들의 역할이 점점 중요해 지고 있으나 디자인 관점에서 환경을 위한 디자인 연구는 그리 활발하다고 볼 수 없으며 또한 그 연구들이 단편적이어서 전과정에서 고려되지 않고 있다. 친환경 디자인은 통합적인 관점에서 다루어야 하는 부분이 많으며 디자이너 단독으로 수행하는 것은 거의 불가능하고, 반드시 여러 전문가들과 팀 구성에 의해 진행될 수밖에 없다. 따라서 본 연구는 디자이너들이 일반적으로 진행하던 프로세스와는 다른 환경을 위한 제품 전과정 디자인에 대한 프로세스를 개발하였으며, 디자인 관점에서 전과정 디자인의 개념과 방법을 정리하였다. 전과정 디자인의 범위는 팀 구성에서부터 생산과정까지를 포함시켰으며, 환경 전과정 평가를 기준으로 이루어진다. 전과정 디자인 프로세스를 7단계로 분류하였고 팀 구성 및 기획, 대상제품 선정, 사전 환경평가, 디자인 전략, 디자인 개발, 환경 평가, 설계 및 생산의 단계로 이루어진다. 각 단계별로 주요 추진 방법과 고려사항 및 평가기준에 대해 연구 하였다. 주제어 (환경전과정평가, 전과정디자인, 3레벨) Abstract Consumers consciousness about environment is increasing. LOHAS peoples are increasing, and do so that magnify a business opportunity and effect through eco-friendly design in corporation. Eco-friendly design research is continued constantly. But, most eco-friendly design research is not studied from design point. These researches are achieved in engineering. Designer's area is magnified and responsibility is accompanied. Designer's role becomes important gradually. But design research for environment is not lively in design viewpoint. Also, because the studies are fragmentary, is not considered in whole process. Eco-friendly design should be handled from synthetic viewpoint, and It is impossible to do designer individually. It should be gone by team composition with necessarily several specialists. Therefore, I developed process product life cycle design for environment that this research is different from process that designers common progress. I arranged concept and method of life cycle design in design viewpoint. Extend of life cycle design is from team composition to process of production. And these are achieved with environment life cycle assesment. I classified life cycle design process by 7 phases and consisted of step of team composition and plan, target product choice, preliminary environmental assessment, design strategy, design development, environmental assessment, design and production. I studied angle about main propulsion method and consideration item and assessment criteria step by step. Keyword (LCA, LCD, 3Level) |
