| 내용 | 노인을 위한 주거환경디자인 이론과 실제의 연계성 연구 -국내 도심형 유료노인주거시설을 중심으로- A Link Between Theory and Practice of Environmental Design for Residential Facilities for the Elderly 주저자 : 최은영 대림대학 인테리어디자인과 겸임교수 Choi eun-young Daelim College 공동저자 : 김문덕 건국대학교 실내디자인학과 교수 Kim moon-duck Kon-Kuk University ================================================== 1. 서 론 1-1. 연구의 배경과 목적 1-2. 연구의 방법 및 범위 2. 노인과 환경디자인 이론 2-1. 노인의 특성 2-2. 노인환경디자인 행태이론 고찰 2-3. 분석을 위한 문헌자료 선정 3. 분석의 틀 개발 및 사레분석평가 3-1. 사례분석 틀 개발과정 3-2. 사례분석에 의한 분석적 검증 3-3. 결과 및 평가 4. 결론 참고문헌 논문요약 노인을 위한 거주환경에 대한 이론과 실제 환경에 적용된 특성들을 연결시켜 분석하여 그 연계성을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 연구방법은 문헌조사와 사례분석 기법을 사용하였다. 문헌조사를 통하여 노인환경에 대한 이론과 실제 유료노인주거시설의 연계를 위한 틀을 개발, 다시 사례분석을 위한 틀로 정리하였다. 사례분석의 틀은 추상적, 이론적 측면에서 노인환경에 대한 이론들을 내포한 행태적 개념, 그리고 구체적, 실제적 측면에서는 복합적인 물리적 특성과 구체적인 물리적 특성이라는 4가지 요소로 구성되어 있다. 분석 대상의 사례들을 대상으로 하여 상기한 사례분석의 틀로 분석하였다. 정리하면, 카프와 카프의 유사 보완모델과 로톤과 나혜모우의 환경압박이론은 공간구성, 통로, 조망을 연결하여 분석하였으며, 이것은 노인의 환경정보 처리에 있어 심리적 압박을 조망을 통해 적절한 자극 및 정보를 제공하여 환경에 대한 적응력을 향상시켜줄 수 있기 때문이다. 알트만과 채머스의 생태학이론은 통로에서 비교적 많이 나타나는데 안전하고 의미있는 활동이 되도록 통로공간이 지원해 줄 수 있기 때문이다. 고프만의 자아표현 이론은 벽과 가구 등에서 C.M.Deasy의 이론과 MEAP와 NEAP는 규모와 크기와 연결시킬 수 있으며, 이는 규모와 크기를 소규모로 하여 집과 같이 느끼도록 하여 생활환경이 단절되지 않기 때문이다. 이와 같은 노인의 환경에 대한 이론과 유료노인주거시설의 실제적인 환경 간의 연계성을 연구, 분석함으로서 노인들의 특성과 다양한 요구들을 충족시켜 줄 수 있는 환경을 디자인 하는데 있어서 근거 자료를 만든다. 그리고 선진국의 이론들을 종합하여 파악함으로서 그 이론적 기반을 바탕으로 한국적 상황과 특성에 맞는 노인환경 디자인 지침의 틀을 만드는 것을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 주제어 유료노인주거시설, 노인주거환경이론, 이론과 실제의 연계성 Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze the elements, which are employed in the process of designing facilities for the elderly, and then, to compare them with theories concerning environmental design. The framework for analysis includes four categories: two that compass more abstract, or theoretical aspects: a variety of theories on environmental designs for the elderly and behavioral concepts which can be witnessed in the environmental of elderly. there were also two categories, of a more concrete nature, that include border and more composite environmental elements such s layout, and more specifically, and detailed environmental elements such as walls or doors. By making comparisons between theories on environmental design, which takes into consideration the typical problem of elderly, and satisfies their needs. Analysis of the relevant theories and actual facilities for elderly in advanced foreign countries will also help establish guidelines for designing such facilities which can meet the cultural characteristic and traditional conditions of Korea. A theoretical basics of environmental design for facilities for elderly will be able to serve as the elderly or environmental design in general.
