| 내용 | 한국사회에서 타투(Tattoo)의 문화적 의미변화 A Study on Changes in Cultural Meaning of Tattoos in Korean Society 강은주 동신대학교 뷰티미용학과 교수 Kang eun-ju Dongshin university ============================================ 1. 서론 1-1. 연구배경과 목적 1-2. 연구방법 2. 이론적 배경 2-1. 타투 개념 및 기원 2-2. 타투의 역사 3. 한국사회에서 타투의 문화적 의미변화 3-1. 한국 타투의 기원 3-2. 한국 타투의 역사 3.3. 대중문화로서 타투의 의미변화 4. 결론 참고문헌 논문요약 우리 역사에서는 타투를 금기시하는 경향이 있어 왔다. 부모로부터 물려받은 몸을 훼손하는 것을 불경한 태도로 인식했으며 또, 범죄자들에게 형벌을 가하는 수단으로써의 좋지 않은 이미지 역시 그러하다. 그러나 20세기 말 포스트 모더니즘적 사고가 사회 곳곳의 여러 분야에 나타남에 따라 사회 각 분야에 대한 기존의 인식이 바뀌고 몸에 대한 관심이 증폭되면서 몸과 관련된 다양한 예술형태들이 등장하였다. 그 중 우리 사회에 불신과 혐오감으로 인식되어왔던 타투에 대한 긍정적인 관심도 대중스타들로부터 나타났으며 이는 그들의 패션, 장신구, 행위를 적극적으로 모방하려는 대중심리에 의해 새로운 문화행위로서 받아들여지고 있다. 이에 타투가 본래 갖고 있던 문화적 속성인 계급적․세대적 저항의 형식보다 그 자체로 오락화 되었으며, 이제까지의 부정적인 시각에서 몸을 대상으로 하여 인간의 내적이미지를 표현하는 예술적 형태라는 긍정적 인식을 갖게 하는 계기를 만들었다. 또한, 인터넷과 멀티미디어라는 새로운 테크놀로지의 출현으로 생겨난 다양한 커뮤니티 그룹들이 팬덤 현상을 적극적으로 수용함에 따라 타투는 21세기 새로운 하위문화 형성의 중심주체가 되고 있다. 주제어 (타투, 문화, 대중심리) Abstract Our country has put tattoos under a taboo. Injuring bodies inherited from parents has been recognized as blasphemous and they were used as a means to punish criminals. However, as post modern thoughts appeared in many areas of our society in late 20th century, existing recognition changed and more attention has been given to bodies, various forms of art relating to bodies appeared. Among them, tattoos that have been recognized as distrust and hatred to our society began to have been recognized as positive because of popular stars and are accepted as a new cultural behavior by mass psychology to imitate their fashion, ornaments, and behaviors. So tattoos become recreational rather than a form of resistance against class and generation that was a cultural property of tattoos. So their negative recognition was substituted by positive recognition of an artistic form that expresses internal image of people targeting human bodies. And, as various community groups that were generated along with emergence of new technology of internet network and multi-media accepted fandom actively, tattoos is becoming a central subject of new sub-culture creation of the 21st century. keyword (tattoo, culture, mass psychology) |
