| 내용 | 지속가능한 개발을 위해 어메니티를 활용한 지역개발 사례연구 -어메니티에 기반을 둔 국내․외 지역개발 사례를 중심으로- Case Study about Regional Development utilizing Amenity for the sustainable developing -Focusing on the case of the regional development in Korea and foreign countries based on Amenity- 마 은 주 서일대학 실내디자인과 겸임교수 Ma eun-joo Seoil college 박 부 미 동서대학교 스페이스디자인학부 교수 Park boo-mee Dongseo university ================================== 1. 서 론 1-1. 연구의 목적 및 의의 1-2. 연구의 범위 및 방법 2. 본론 2-1. 어메니티에 대한 이론적 고찰 2-2. 어메니티에 바탕을 둔 지역개발의 유형 3. 사례연구 3-1. 헤이리 (국내) 3-2. 청계천 (국내) 3-3. 푸트라자야 (말레이지아) 3-4. 쿠리티바시 (브라질) 3-5. 밀턴케인즈 (영국) 4. 결론 참고문헌 논문요약 현대사회는 수많은 사람들의 다양한 삶으로 구성된 인프라스트럭쳐 Infrastructure의 복합체이며, 생활 속에서 끊임없이 다양한 문화를 생산해내고 있다. 따라서 문화의 발전이 도시의 발전으로 인식될 정도로 점점 문화의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 오늘날 문화란 지역이미지를 향상시키고 부가가치를 증가시키며 사람들을 응집시킬 수 있는 중요한 매개체이므로 지역개발에 있어서도 문화에 대한 새로운 시각과 접근방법이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 도시환경의 질적 개선을 위한 개발계획에 있어서 어메니티에 근거한 문화콘텐츠 도입사례의 연구를 통해 지역의 어메니티 자원과 공간이 어떻게 연계되어 경쟁력 있는 문화 인프라 공간으로 태어날 수 있는지를 살펴본다. 그리고 지역개발에 있어서 문화콘텐츠가 미약한 평면적인 개발방향에서 탈피하여 개발 지역의 독자적인 콘텐츠 적용으로 지역이미지 개선과 경쟁력 있는 독자적인 문화환경을 조성해줄 수 있는 체계적이고 구체적인 매니지먼트의 중요성과 전체적인 마스터플랜의 전략적 접근의 중요성에 대하여 제안하고자 한다. 주제어 : 지역개발, 어메니티, 문화콘텐츠, 디자인 매니지먼트 Abstract Modern city is the complex of infrastructure being composed of the various lives of many people, and it produces manifold cultures in the life. Therefore, the importance of culture is emerged so much as the development of culture is recognized that of city. Today, culture is an important medium to improve the regional image, to increase the value added, and gather the people, so new vision and the approach is necessary for culture even in the regional development. For the above subject, this research presents how amenity resources and the space are connected and born as the competitive cultural infrastructure through the case study of introducing cultural content based on amenity in the development planning for the qualitative improvement of urban environment. In addition, this research presents the importance of systematic and concrete management and strategic approach of the whole master plan that is able to improve the regional image and to create the competitive and independent cultural surroundings by applying the independent contents of the development region broke from the plain development direction that has weak cultural content in the regional development.
