| 내용 | 한국현대도예의 성립과 사회적 영향 Formation of Korean Contemporary Ceramic Arts in Social Influence 주저자 : 박 선 우 (Park, Sun Woo) 서울산업대학교 도자문화디자인과 ------------------------------------------------------------------- 논문요약 Abstract 1. 서론 1-1. 연구목적 1-2. 연구방법 2. 사회적 상관성 연구를 위한 이론적 고찰 2-1. 예술과 사회의 구조적 연관 2-2. 예술과 사회의 소통 가능성 3. 한국현대도예 3-1. 한국현대도예의 성립 3-2. 한국조형도자의 창작국면 3-3. 한국조형도자의 양식적 특성 4. 한국현대도예의 사회적 반영 4-1. 아방가르드의 딜레마 4-2. 문화사조의 지연과 반영 5. 결론 요약 한국현대도예는 크게 도예의 본질인 실용성을 기반으로 하는 생활도자와 현대미술의 추상표현주의 및 미니멀리즘의 영향아래 시작된 조형도자, 즉 예술작품으로서의 도예로 나눌 수 있다. 전자의 경우가 자본주의 경제체제하의 산물products로서의 생산이라면, 후자는 자본주의 경제체제에서의 상징symbol의 진행이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서 다루고자 하는 것은 후자의 경우로 예술적인 상징들이 어떤 사회적인 현상의 영향을 받게 되며, 나아가 현상에서 도출되는 사회의 구조와 어떤 상관관계가 있는지 밝혀내려 한다. 따라서 본 연구의 주된 관심사는 사회구조와 예술작품 구조에 관한 문제로 귀착된다. 예술의 사회적 성격과 관련하여, 예술작품의 구조와 발생 그리고 그 예술작품을 발생시킨 시대의 세계관이나 사회적인 관행 혹은 그 관행을 만든 의식들과 관련한 연구를 현대도예의 발생 및 전개 양상을 통해 분석하고 있다. 이때, 전제는 예술작품의 구조는 사회구조와 상호연관관계 및 상응coherence을 이루거나 상동성homology을 가지게 된다는 것이다. 이와 같은 맥락에서 본 연구는 한국현대도예에 대한 미학적인 논의들 외에 사회적인 논제라는 새로운 이해의 접근가능성을 모색하고, 현대도예에 대한 담론의 폭을 넓혀 현대도예가 예술에서의 지평적 시각이 아닌 보다 광범위한 영역에서 논의할 수 있는 계기를 제공하리라 생각한다. Abstract Contemporary Ceramic Arts in Korea, as a rule, can be divided into ceramic livingware and ceramic as expression, that is, artwork. The former is based on the practicality that is the essence of ceramic art, and the latter was settled under the influence both Abstract-Expressionism and Minimalism in Contemporary Art. The one is a product of the capitalistic system, on the other hand, the other is a symbol of that. This study is concerned with the later, and so tries to reveal how the social phenomena have an effect on the symbol of art and what is the relationship between the social structure and it. This thesis, therefore, is focused on a subject of both the social structure and the structure of artwork. In this case, the premise is that the structure of artwork is correlated with the social structure, corresponds to it, and has homology with it. Founded on this premise, it is considered that what is the homology and relationship between the Contemporary Ceramic Arts and the social characteristic of modernization in Korea, which is the capitalistic modernization, or restraint and concealment derived from the autocracy of economic development. This approach suggests such a wide comprehension of Korea Contemporary ceramic art as social subject for discussion, as well aesthetic contemplation of it.
