Abstract Many kinds of motion pictures are present ranging from those in TV programs to the digital motion pictures of computers. With the spread of high-speed internet, analogous motion pictures are becoming digitized resulting in an advance in related equipments and an improvement in quality of motion picture itself. Especially the images in entertainment industries, such as movies, commercials, animations, and music videos, are becoming more and more advanced.Music videos, which were simply used as an advertisement of the record, are becoming an independent set of complete videography with new techniques and image description. In this paper, we will analyze the usage pattern of two types of typography in music videos; static typography and moving typography. Furthermore, we will study about the role of emotional typography and how such typography can influence the artistic aspect of a music video. Keywordmusic video, moving typography |
