Hartman’ s Value Circles and Aesthetic Location 민병일 부경대학교 ---------------------------------------------------------- 논문요약 N. 하르트만은 가치의 자립성을 주장했다. 가치는 실사t實 事)의 성질에 의존하지 않고 존립한다고 주장하였으며 가치를 보여주는 것은 내적 태도 즉 자발적 감정으로 나타 나고 체험된 사실에 대한 가치반응으로 나타난다. 이러 한 가치관은 직관에 의한 것이 되며 범주적 구조 속에서 가치는 그 순수성과 보편성에서 실현된다.N 하르트만은 가치에는 상대성과 절대성이 상호보완적으로 이루어지 고 있으며 미적가치 를 ‘아름다움’ 이라는 이름으로 총괄되는 가치종류라고 하였다. 이러한 특성은 예술에서만 발견되는 것이 아니라 자연의 아름다움과 인간의 육체와 용모와 인 간이 가지 고 있는 풍성 등에서도 아름다웅훌)이 발견된다 이러한 미적가치 속에는 재가치(가치존재)와 쾌적가치가 토대를 이루고 미적가치를 제약하는데 재가지나 쾌적가치 에 대한 미적가치의 비의존성은 다음과 같이 정리된다 첫째로 재가치나 쾌락가치가 미적 가치속에 요소로서 재 현하지 않는다. 둘째 재가치나 꽤적가치의 고저(高低)가 미적가치의 고저 를결 정한것은아니다. 셋째 재가치나 쾌락가치의 실현은 미적가치의 실현과 전 혀관계가없다- 우리는 지 금까지 살펴본 토대관계들을 통하여 미적가치 ， 윤리적가지， 생명가치， 쾌 락가치의 순서로 생각할 수 있으 나 그러나 N 하르트만은 미적가치는 보편적 으로나 필연 적으로나 윤리적가치， 생명가치 ， 재가치， 쾌락가치 를 토대 로 하는 것이 아니며 또한 반드시 아 가치종류들 가운데의 어느 것을 토대 로 할 펼요도 없다 ‘미 적가치 는 아직 조금도 순서지 울 수 없으며’ 가치계 내 에서의 미적가치의 지위에 대하여 우리는 다만 독특하게 높은가치 이외에 다른아무것도아직은밝힐수없다. Abstract N.Hartman advocated the independence of value. He stressed that the value does not rely on actual facts but stands independently. He attributed the value to inner attitude or spontaneity of feeling as well as reaction to experienced facts. This value comes from intuition and it comes from purity and universality in its categorematic structure. According to N.Hartman , re lativity and absoluteness are complimentary to each other in the value. He asserted that the aesthetic value represents all kinds of beauty. This special quality of the beauty can be discovered in natural beauty and human physical appearance as well as art. This beauty comes out of the personality of humans This aesthetic value is comprised of the existence and comfort values, and the independence of their aesthetic value can be summarized as follows: First, the existence and comfort values do not reappear as element in the aesthetic value Second, the level of the existence a nd comfort values does not determine the level of the aesthetic value. Third, the realization of the existence and comfort values is not r elated to the realization of the aesthetic value. This study comes to conclusion that the value ranks in order of aesthetic value, ethical value, life valu e , existence value , and comfort va lue However, N.Hartman viewed that the aesthetic value is not universally or inevitably based on the ethical valu e, life value, existence value, and comfort value in order and that nothing should be based on any of these In conclusion, the aesthetic beauty cannot be arrayed in order and nothing can be revealed but for just a distinctive one Keyword N.Hartman, value Circles, Aesthetic Location |
